The Allowance, which is divided into three parts, provides an overview of the training of apprentices in the company Orlické elektotechnické závody (OEZ) Letohrad from 1951 to mid-60s of the 20th century. The first part is a brief introduction of the company OEZ Letohrad. The second part provides an overview of the development of training apprentices from the beginning of the 50. years in the mid 60's. years 20. century, where the contribution of the time-falls. The third part is the main and continuously builds on the previous one. On her background introduces the training of apprentices in the company OEZ Letohrad. The third part is divided into eight sub-chapters – Organization of the Apprentice training centre, Teaching aids, Award of Apprentice training centre, Theoretical instruction, Accommodation and boarding of Apprentices, Leisure and entertainment, Final exams and Deployment of graduates. The aim of this paper is to show the relevance of education in the company OEZ Letohrad with the general evolution of vocational education, outline a variety of educational fields in this company and to approach the possibilities of training apprentices in the conditions of OEZ Letohrad.
