Contribution describes the development and testing of the novel type of smart textile material based on nanocomposite layers applicable for fabrication of CBRN protective garments. This new nano-composite protective material is suitable for manufacture of new generation of personal chemical protective clothing usable during mitigation of not only chemical threat as well as for specific industrial, agricultural and medical activities including also radiological and biological agent. Material combines several unique properties such as high level of air-permeability, hydrophobic and oleophobic surface treatment, significant chemical sorption capacity and mainly the selfdecontamination ability.
