The actual research is focused on the integration of composite sensors based on elastomer and carbon tubes or graphene, which will be encapsulated directly into a commercial sports t-shirt. The sensitivity of the sensors will be improved by the functionalization CNT of graphene by potassium manganese (KMnO4) and subsequent application of pre strain. The complete conductive system will be equipped by conductive threads prepared by sewing technique. The conductive threads will be used as an antenna for transmitting measured data. Another integrated system with the same importance is a thermoelectric polymer element, which will be able to effectively utilize the warmth of the T-shirt user. There will be cooperation to transfer the signal to a mobile device with a mobile application. This compact connection of the whole system should be result in wide application.
