Competitive ability, as the ability to maintenance of existence and prosperity of the company, in present time, when we are meeting with total globalisation of worldwide economics and business, is becoming a central point of company strategies and management on all levels of control. One of the most important subjects of increasing company competitive ability is radical improvement of value chain effectiveness, where the costs, have the key role. Effective cost control is one of the basic premises of reaching the sufficient level of competitive ability.
