The paper focuses on the presentaton of selected research results oriented on the measurement of business process performance in Czech adn Slovak enterprises. The fundamental part of this paper contains a presentation of results of the usage of the Balanced Scorecard Method in our companies. The research results are at the same time confronted with results of similar surveys carried out especially in Germany and Austria.
