Initiation Process of the Virtual Enterprise Emergence

This paper focuses on the initiation process of a virtual enterprise emergence. Virtual enterprise as a cooperative business network created for the purpose of a particular contract realization and after its completion expires. This article describes therole of initiator, which decides whether to realization the contract initiates the creation of a business network or not. In order to objectively assess options of the initiator, it is necessary to know parameters of the contract and especially the costcalculation of each value chain process that is outlined in this article using the ABC method, which is most suitable for this purpose. For proper function of a virtual enterprise is also necessary to set the environment for sharing data, that is described here with the help of DMS.
