These systems might have important impact to institutions performance. Besides the practise in global corporates small and medium enterprises take place as sector that finds out benefits and performance aids of that solutions. Nowadays small and medium business solutions are common in offers of main service providers. Another question is whether we can maximize utility that systems provide us and how to archive it even in the age generating huge amounts of information and data.
