The paper’s purpose focuses on the issues of stock price are affected by ROA, ROE, ROIC, and EPS to determine the relationship between the market share price and (ROA, ROE, ROIC, and EPS) of creative industry companies in Vietnam’s stock market. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative approach to collect and survey data related to fifty companies between 2016 and 2018 that are trading on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange, and Over the counter market. Data is collected by sectors that belong to the creative industry including new media, publishing and printed media, design, and creative services. Furthermore, this paper conducts an empirical study by using a multivariate linear regression model based on the pooled least squares (POLS), fixed effect model (FEM), and random effect model (REM) to explore the effect of (ROA, ROE, ROIC, and EPS) on the market share price of creative companies.
