Considerable number of manufacturing industries that use production equipment (machines), it still has available a central system where data were stored on the operation of these facilities. The basic data such as energy consumption, number of operatinghours, load. Since each machine is from another manufacturer, you must use the standard communication protocol such as MODBUS and SCADA interface. The aim of this work is to propose a methodology for creating such a system, ie analysis of existing systems, the possibilities of communication, selection of SCADA interface and subsequent development of software modules for the resulting application for monitoring, archiving and data visualization.
