Most of human activities and processes are determined by using of knowledge and information. It is impossible to imagine any meaningful implementation of activities without information support. Each employer or user should have adequate conditions for his work. There is a potential for realization of information activities. The level of utilization of information system depends on knowledge and skills of the user. An effective realization of information activities means good operation of organization. Each user has a different information environment. Here is an assumption of connection between personality typology and its information environment. The personality typology assumes that behaviour of individual person is not random and we could predict it. We will use an instrument called Activatiometer for a diagnosis of individual and typical personal characteristics.
