Nedílnou součástí problematiky kritické infrastruktury je oblast hodnocení její odolnosti. Předložená studie se v této souvislosti věnuje organizaci systému hodnocení v České republice z pohledu vymezení orgánů státní správy, územní samosprávy a dalšíchrelevantních subjektů odpovědných za hodnocení odolnosti kritické infrastruktury. Studie analyzuje legislativní vymezení subjektů kritické infrastruktury a orgánů odpovědných za koordinaci výkonu státní správy v dané oblasti na evropské a národní úrovni.Podstatným hlediskem je stanovení povinností dotčených subjektů a kontrolních mechanismů v rámci hodnocení odolnosti kritické infrastruktury. Stěžejní část textu představuje analýza současného stavu z hlediska organizační struktury a náplně činnosti zainteresovaných subjektů. Výstup studie tvoří systému hodnocení prvků a sítí kritické infrastruktury ve formě návrhu orgánu, který by měl zabezpečovat proces hodnocení.

An integral part of the critical infrastructure issue is the area of ??evaluation of its durability. The present study is in this context deals with the organization of evaluation in the Czech Republic in terms of the definition of government bodies , local authorities and other relevant bodies responsible for assessing the resilience of critical infrastructure. The study analyzes the legislative definition of critical infrastructure entities and bodies responsible for coordinating the state administration in the field at European and national level. The essential point is determining the obligations of the bodies and control mechanisms in the evaluation of resilience of critical infrastructure. The main part of the text presents an analysis of the current state in terms of organizational structure and scope of activities of stakeholders.
