Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this article, called Epidemiological Threats and Preparedness of Selected CFAs for the Transfer of Infectious Patients, is to analyze the possibilities and equipment of selected medical rescue services for the transport of a patient with HNV and subsequently to suggest possibilities that could lead to and more efficient work of their exit groups. Furthermore, selected epidemiological threats of today are analyzed. Their brief history and more detailed one of them, namely the Ebola virus. The central part deals with the pandemic plan, its purpose, and the crises. At the end of the article, Biovak is analyzed and its useful comparison. Early preparedness for a potential pandemic in the form of national pandemic plans and the resulting measures represent a means to mitigate the extent, impact and consequences of a pandemic. The readiness level can affect the economic performance of the states, the health impact of the disease and the final number of victims. Elaborated pandemic plans allow individual countries to better prepare for recognition and management of a possible pandemic. Pandemic plans can contribute to reducing transmission and spread of the pandemic virus in society, reducing the number of cases of illness, the number of hospitalized persons and deaths. Pandemic plans contribute to providing essential services to mitigate economic, health and social impacts on the overall functioning of the states in the event of a pandemic.
