Bacterial Cellulose Based Injectable Hydrogel: A Bioactive Functional Material
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Biomaterials (Injectable hydrogel) that support in the regeneration and restoration of damaged soft tissue are the current focus of research investigation. Therefore, attention has been given in preparation of Bacterial Cellulose based bioactive functional material incorporated with liposome and cannabidiol (CBD). The material properties (FTIR, SEM and TGA) of such biomaterial has been alalysed. The relative metabolic activity (RMA) has also been assyed in presence of gingival mesenchymal stem cells (GMSCs) to evaluate its bioactivity. Based on the obtained results it can be come into a conclusion that all the composition designed for the preparation of „Functional Biomaterial", could be considered as a Bioactive Functional Material for soft tissue regeneration.
