The book impresses at first glance with its unique binding with special relief embossing. In this case, however, the saying "don't judge a book by its cover" doesn't apply. The publication is not only excellently processed graphically, but also has a lot to offer in terms of content. It is loaded with proven and often unknown facts. It presents the reader with a comprehensive overview of the most important of the first hundred years of the Baťa company's operations in individual countries of the world and also provides an explanation of key topics related to its global expansion. The introductory chapters outline the development of the Baťa company in the context of global events. This is followed by an inventory and detailed analysis of all countries where the company has operated. On a total of 276 pages, you will find 453 images, among which are some published for the first time. Almost two hundred maps and tables complete the interpretation and thus improve clarity and orientation in individual facts. The book closes with complete lists of Baťov's sister companies and factories. With the book, you will travel the entire world of Baťa, and thanks to the practical bookmark, you will not get lost between the pages.
