Mit Implementierung der EU-Verordnung Nr. 910/2014 über elektronische Identifizierung und Vertrauensdienste für elektronische Transaktionen im Binnenmarkt (eIDAS) entwickelt sich auf nationaler Ebene die Infrastruktur, die den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern mit eID den Zugriff zu elektronischen Verfahren der öffentlichen Verwaltung ermöglicht. Das Archivportal soll in diesem Fall nicht nur die Einsicht in die digitalen Archivalien gewährleisten, sondern erbringt auch mit Hilfe des "Registers für Rechte und Zuständigkeiten" seine Dienstleistungen für die Provenienzstellen zur Überlieferung oder Recherche. Der Beitrag stellt das organisatorische Konzept des digitalen Archivs für qualifizierten Fernzugriff der öffentlichen Verwaltung vor.

With the implementation of EU Regulation No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS), the infrastructure is being developed at national level to allow citizens with eID access to electronic public administration procedures. In this case, the archives portal should not only ensure access to the digital records, but also provide its services for the provenance sites for accession or research with the help of the "Register of Rights and Responsibilities". The paper presents the organizational concept of the digital archive for qualified remote access of the public administration.
