The paper criticizes the conclusions of paper byR.W. Morrise et al. (EJCPR 15, 185-9, 2008) on results of the British Regional Heart Study, which have no support in published data, and also points out some methodological shortcomings and suggests possible explanation on the findings of relationships between drinking water hardness and cardiovascular mortality.
