On Friday, November 28, 2025, an online international workshop dedicated to the documentation and visualization of specific urban ecosystems took place on the CEAD.space platform. The event brought together experts in geoinformatics, data analysis, and visualization technologies with historians, art historians, active artists, and civic initiatives. The workshop presented and discussed current methodological and technological approaches to recording and visualizing the historical, physical, cultural, and social layers of the city, as well as their use in interdisciplinary research and contemporary reflections on public space. Particular attention was paid to the shaping of public space, art in public space, audience activation, and related issues, with a geographical focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
