This paper maps step by step the room acoustic parameters of the historical theatres in the world. We have measured acoustical parameters in four baroque theatres in Český Krumlov (Czech Republic), Drottningholm (Sweden), Litomyšl (Czech Republic) and Gotha (Germany) and one Rococo theatre in Weitra (Austria). The acoustic simulation of all theatres was performed using ODEON® software. All models were calibrated according to measured reverberation time in the theatres. In this paper a comparison of the mentioned theatres is performed from point of view of acoustics and interesting other aspects.
