This scientific monograph outlines the issues and puts forward solutions to the question of which factors of territorial capital influence the development and management of networks and with what intensity. The authors focus on so-called soft factors that are closely linked to the social capital of an area and which create the right conditions for the development of collective actions and the subsequent effective implementation of cluster policy. Particular emphasis was placed on the cyclical relationship between social capital, social networks and the application of development potential on the basis of mutual trust between all stakeholders.The methods used include: logical research; comparative method; analytic-synthetic method when examining the various instruments of spatial management; and induction and deduction when drawing the conclusions.
