This article deals with the analysis of traffic services on the selected regional railway line number 185 Domažlice – Horažďovice předměstí. One of the main goals of the presented paper is to find out the current state of rail transport on the selected line, primarily from the point of view of public passenger transport. Furthermore, ascertaining time availability, continuity between rail and bus transport, verification of passenger satisfaction with the quality of services provided and processing of transport serviceability quotient values. After finding out these essential data, relevant measures will be subsequently proposed, which aim to improve the current state of public rail transport services provided on the selected line.
