Quo Vaditis, Agriculture, Forestry and Landscape?40 Years of Climate Change Research in the Czech Republic
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The Quo Vaditis 2025 conference brought together multidisciplinary research addressing climate change impacts across agriculture, forestry, and landscape systems, with a focus on long‑term ecological responses and adaptation strategies. The Book of Abstracts includes keynote lectures and contributions exploring topics such as four decades of climate change research in the Czech Republic, ecosystem flux measurements and drivers, forest resilience under climate stress, and socio‑ecological dynamics of land use and regional change. The papers and posters highlight integrative approaches from laboratory to landscape scales, modeling, field observations, and socio‑economic frameworks for mitigation and adaptation. The collective findings emphasize the complexity of climate impacts on managed and natural ecosystems, the need for resilient land and water resource management, and the role of innovative science‑policy interfaces in advancing sustainable responses to global change
