    The project succeeded in achieving its objectives and earned prestigeous HR Award. The main objective of the project was to develop knowledge, skills and to set up strategic management according to the conditions for the "HR Award" which was achieved. The HR Award confirmed the progress of the organisation's HR policy in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the CC for the Recruitment of Researchers. The award also had an impact on the visibility, prestige and increased NUDZs attractiveness to domestic and international researchers. Outputs of the project are, among others: the Code of Ethics, 4 strategies - Sustainable Development , HR Development , Internal Evaluation and International Cooperation Strategy. Following the HR Award, NUDZ consistently applies the OTM-R policy and there has been a setup of the employee adaptation cycle and of the internal employee evaluation, including the completion of the Career Regulations for Scientific Researchers.
