New procedures in utilisation of agricultural products improving food quality, safety, competitiveness and consumer?s nutritional and health benefit.
Project goals
The project?s resolution consists of development of new safe food with nutritional and health benefits, verification of technologies for food manufacturing and design of methods for validation of functional food safety. The main aim of the project monitors a fulfilment of consumer?s requirements to wide and constantly innovating range of quality and safe food products providing health benefits, health promoting and improving the competitiveness and economic prosperity of food plants, achieving sustainable development of landscape, development of agrotourism and tourism. The comprehensive project solution from raw material to the final product is fully supported and guaranteed by 4 food research institutes, 5 institutes of Food and Biochemical Faculty of ICT Prague and 7 industrial partners in all investigated fields.
