    Projekt se zaměřuje na posílení strategického rozvoje FNUSA-ICRC formou institucionálního nastavení podmínek řízení v souladu s mezinárodními standardy kvality a HR Award, rozvoje lidských zdrojů a genderové rovnosti, rozvoje prostředí pro výzkumníky, rozvoje vnitřního hodnocení FNUSA-ICRC a rozvoje popularizace. Výsledkem bude efektivní nastavení strategických procesů rozvoje FNUSA-ICRC. Hlavním cílem je nastavení strategického řízení výzkumné organizace v souladu s podmínkami Evropské charty pro výzkumné pracovníky a Kodexu chování pro přijímání výzkumných pracovníků.

    There was carried out the institutional set-up and implementation of strategic processes in line with international standards in various areas of ICRC management and development. The strategies adopted reflect efforts to maintain the HR Award. There were also revised some internal documents related in particular to HR matters and the principles for the establishment and termination of research teams. As part of the development of the organisation's internal evaluation, there were updated the objectives of the evaluation and the responsibilities of the participants, as well as some formal aspects. The project has also promoted international cooperation in research and development, contributed to the popularisation of science, and has been beneficial in the further development of open access to scientific information. Training events organised during the project covered a wide range of topics from management skills development, grant preparation and communication in English.
