The importance of this project lies in exploration of taxonomy relationship within the formerly recognized genus Nemacheilus, and family Nemacheilidae. New species were described and taxonomy revision of Nemacheilidae has been performed. The project output consists of 9 papers in published in journals with IF. The applicant has followed the rules of CSF.
