Project results evaluation
In this project, we used structural biology approach to study protein-RNA interactions. We solved two protein-RNA structures involved in transcription termination and RNA editing. These structures provided structural basis for how their RNA substrates are recognized. The results from this project were published in peer-reviewed journals (Cell, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Biomol NMR Assign).
