    The attitudes of the Czech managers towards the implementation of diversity management into practice

  • Original language description

    Diversity management is a relatively new concept and a new area of human resources management in the Czech Republic. The concept of diversity management has been topical for the Czech Republic namely after it joined the European Union in the year 2004. The paper presents findings of study focused on competencies of managers in managing diversity. It also presents two case studies as examples of successful implementation of diversity policy in the international companies.
