Diversity management is a relatively new concept and a new area of HR management in the Czech Republic. The concept of diversity management has been topical for the Czech Republic namely after it joined the European Union in 2004. The paper presents thefindings of the study focused on managers competencies in managing diversity. It is also presents two case studies as the example of successful implementation of diversity policy in international company.
