The aim of this article is to summarize the results of qualitative research which was focused on mapping how the selected chemical companies identify the value perceived by individual customers and its attributes, what are the value attributes of selected chemical products intended for production consumption for the customers, so called customer value propositions. The aim of the research was also to find out whether and how the value for customers is measured in companies of this business line.
