    I deal with essential context of the value for consumers in terms of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with emphasis on meaning for the competitiveness of the firm. The customer relationship management (abbreviation CRM) is a business strategy to select and manage customers to optimize long-term value. The customer relationship management must require a customer-centric business philosophy and culture to support effective marketing, sales and service processes. We have approaches how to measure andevaluete CRM system: return on investments approach; intangible benefits - intangible assets; value-driven - measures and competitive assessments. I want to set up the approach to quick and basic measurement model of CRM.
