This paper presents Mobile robotic testing platform project. The project is aimed at development and implementation of mobile testing robots. The robots will be used for testing autonomous and cooperative algorithms for mobile robots. The robots will beused especially for testing algorithms for multi-robot cooperative area exploration. These robots will be also used for education. Students can be involved in the project. They can develop hardware and software for these robots. The paper describes briefly rescue robotics, tepresence, multi-robot rescue systems and autonomous robots. Construction, differential chassis and hardware of the testing robots are described. Communication bus specially developed for the robots is mentioned at the end of the paper.
