Developed software is able to visualise scan chain flip-flops physical positions and their interconnection, which is taken from physical layout of circuit. The software also analyses distances between scan chain flip-flops and suggests such better orderof flip-flops by various algorithms, that route distances between flip-flops becomes shorter.
