Original language description
Reward management. Selection of accurate system of rewarding employees eminently influence company run. Intensively effects on stimulation employees. The goal of this paper is summury of secondrary research in theoretical backround for this field. In thepaper I will speak about the theoretical specify of basic terms from the field of remuneration. Than I mention the trends in remunerating of emploeyees: performance related pay, competence related pay, skill based pay, contribution related pay and remuneration system according to expectation results. After this chapter I want to concetrate my consideration to the systems of remunerating according results for manual workers.
