Many works suppose that CRM or MO imply influence on the company results. Nevertheless, there is little attention paid to the relationships between CRM and MO. Our intention, thus, was to carry out a deeper analysis of these relationships. Our results show the level of interdependence between MO and CRM, major factors, influencing the level of these relations and the impact on performance.
