Some aspects and performances of a robust PID - Controller designed by the Root Loci
Original language description
In this paper we discus a method for robust PID controller design by using the classical tools for design. The method is based on root loci and applies a two degrees freedom controller. It is easy to handle and gives good results. So this approach can find a practical use. The behaviour of this controller was tested on rotation speed-control of a system with DC-motor, tachometer and elastic clutch (SISO). The controlled plant changes its dynamic, is non-linear and the order of the linear approximated transfer function was estimated and set as 3. The simulation and the real-time control were performed in MATLAB.
