Determination of the piezoelectric coefficients dij of PZT ceramics and composites by laser interferometry
Original language description
Piezoelectric coefficients of PZT ceramics were measured by resonance and laser interferometry methods. The surface displacement was measured by a single-beam Michelson interferometer. A stable double-beam interferometer was also used to suppress the effThe results for PZT dij coefficients obtained by the both methods are in good agreement.
