This paper focuses on issues of financial and non-financial workers remuneration in workers with partial and full-time job. For this purpose, in the first part of this paper, the author deals with the description of the situation in the field of conditions and the use of part-time jobs in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovak (Visegrad Group). The aim of this paper is to describe, on the basis of analysis and comparison of secondary data, what are the differences in wages in workers with part-and full-time jobs in selected countries.
