Vliv drsnosti povrchu na pájitelnost desek plošných spojů

  • Original language description

Many of parameters influence solderability surface, one of them is also surface roughness. The article will present results of measurement solderability on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), whose surfaces were purposely roughened by abrasive paper with different roughness. Nicks on tested surfaces were oriented horizontally or vertically. Results of measurement were achieved by using method known as wetting balance test. This method makes it possible to measure curve of wetting force that effects on testedsample throughout test period as function of time. PCBs with different surface finish types were used for testing. In article will be present results measured on specimens with surface finishing of pure copper, galvanic tin, immersion tin, OSP (OrganicSolderability Protective) and ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold).
