This article deals with the importance of management in the age of globalization. Here are mentioned some types of risks which most often face companies that operate globaly. The evaluation of commercial and security risks is very important on the globalmarket. The various types of risks may affect the position of enterprises in the market, their performance and competitiveness. These risks can be found in many business activities. They include areas related to individual business activities and functions. These risks may be found in the areas of supply, producing, sales, marketing, corporate finance, human resource management, management of information systems, etc. This paper shows mainly the risks in the area of human resource management.
