This paper focuses on the comparison of consumer behavior when shopping online. For the purpose of this paper, Czech and German consumers were chosen. The main emphasis is on the comparison of devices most often used to connect to the Internet and to shop online. Based on the results of this analysis, research was conducted to find out the specifics of young Czech customers of e-shops. At the end of the paper there is a research proposition focused on German customers.
