Differences in the type of starch and grain given by pedigree and their impact on important barley grain nutrients and agronomic characters.
Original language description
Study presents results from the assessment of the effect of the type of grain (hulled vs. hulless) and starch (standard vs. waxy with a reduced portion of amylose/amylopectin) given by differences in the origin of these crosses on the content of nutritiously significant substances (NSP-?-glucans and arabinoxylans, starch and N-substances) and economically important parameters (grain yield, sieving fractions and TGW). Results of the assessment of new lines at two localities (Kroměříž, Žabčice) in 2008-2010 are given.
