It is provide selection for characterisation of type starch. Diference type is genotype for food and another for feed.The paper presents results from the influence of type of grain (hulled vs. . Naked ) and starch ( vs. standard . Waxy with a reduced proportion of amylose / amylopectin ), given the differences in the origin of these hybrids, the content of nutritionally important substances ( NSP- beta - glucans and arabinoxylans , starch and N- compounds ) and economically important characters ( grainyield , overflow to the network and HTZ ). Are the results of evaluation of new lines at 2 locations ( Kromeriz Žabčice ) in the years 2008-2010).
