    In enterprise restructuring we are not interested in reduction of costs or employees, but we concentrate on enterprise processes, which contribute to value added creation for customer. The technology of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is accentuated as well all components of CRM ? CRM processes, employees and supporting technologies. The enclosure of contract doesn´t mean the finish of customer interface, because it is necessary to deliver ordered products and to supply corresponding service according to product character. This paper compares and clears up the concepts like e-CRM and v-CRM. Besides it proves of the signification of CRM system value base for enterprise future and for all customers.
