Original language description
Seven types of meat (pork, beef, mutton, chicken, lamb, fish end turkey) was monitoring by Czech consumers. Results of study says, that the Czech consumer decision making during the shopping of any type of meat its mainly influent by freshnees health aspects, fat content, price and availability. The fish, chicken, turkey and lamb are consideret as convenient meat for health. Turkey, beef and fish are perceived as exclusive meat and really expensive. Pork has still a privileged position in case of the Czech consumers.
