Spectrometer Nexus uses near (12800 - 4000 cm-1) and mid (4000 - 400 cm-1) infrared region. Calibration models for following components were created. Moisture Determination - correlation coefficient 0,97, performance index 91. Protein Determination - correlation coefficient was the highest (0,98), the same as PI value (95,6).Gluten Determination - correlation coefficient was 0,92. Grain Hardness Determination - Reference method was PSI (Particle Size Index). In the range between 15 - 19 PSI % (above 20PSI %) there was low number of calibration standards. This unfavourably influenced calibration model parameters (PI 86; R 0,94).
