    Using antibodies against different kinds of caseins the procedure of an indirect competitive ELISA were constructed, optimized and characterized for determination of each immunogen. The developed ELISA formats were used to study changes in casein immunoreactivity during heat-treatment and proteolytic hydrolysis.
