Matrix assisted pulse laser evaporation of large molecules and gas sensors application
Original language description
The organic layers were prepared by enhanced laser deposition method - MAPLE. Source targets were prepared from acetonates of tin, indium and phtalocyanines of nickel and copper. The deposited layers were characterized by SEM. FTIR and Raman spectra. Sensitivity of layers to ozone, nitrogen dioxide and hydrogen was measured.

Matricová pulsní laserová depozice velkých molekul - aplikace pro plynové senzory
Czech description
Pro přípravu organických vrstev byla požita zdokonalená metoda pulsní laserové depozice MAPLD. Zdrojové terče se lisovaly z acetylacetonátů cínu, india a ftalocyaninů niklu a mědi. Vlastnosti vrstev byly zkoumány pomocí SEM, FTIR a Ramanových spekter. Zároveň byly změřeny citlivosti vrstev na ozón, oxid dusičitý a vodík.
