Original language description
Extraction experiments in the two-phase water/nitrobenzene system and gamma-activity measurements were used to determine the stability constant of the dibenzo-21-crown-7 center dot NH4 (+) complex species dissolved in nitrobenzene saturated with water. Quantum mechanical calculations were applied to predict the most probable structure of this complex species.
