Ferrocenylethynyl derivatives of nucleoside triphosphates: Synthesis, incorporation, electrochemistry, and bioanalytical applications
Original language description
Modified dNTP bearing ferrocene labels linked via a conjugate acetylene spacer were prepared by single-step aqueous-phase cross-coupling reactions. The Fc-labeled dNTPs were good substrates for DNA polymerases and were efficiently incorporated to DNA byprimer extension. Prospective bioanalytical applications are outlined.
Czech name
Ferocénethynylové deriváty nukleosid trifosfátů. Syntéza, inkorporace, elektrochemie a bioanalytické aplikace
Czech description
Nukleotid trifosfáty nesoucí ferocén připojené pomocí ethylénového linkeru byly syntetizovány pomocí jednokrokové cross-coupling reakce ve vodném prostředí. Tyto nukleotid trifosfáty byly inkorporovány do molekul oligonukleotidů pomocí DNA polymeráz. Takto připravené značené oligonukleotidy byly použity v bioanalytických aplikacích.
