TCR- mediated activation promotes GITR upregulation in T cells and resistance to glucocorticoid-induced death
Original language description
We investigated the role of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) signalling on the development of T cells. Using GR -/- mice we studied regulation of expression of GITR (glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor) and its relationship to the T cell apoptosis, proliferation and cytokine production.
Czech name
Aktivace prostřednictvím TCR vede ke zvýšené expresi GITR v T buňkách a resistenci na glukokortikoidy vyvolanou buněčnou smrt
